ALL ORDERS ARE DISPATCHED IN DISCREET PACKAGING

Your privacy is important to us. Every order, regardless of destination or delivery service, is securely dispatched in discreet packaging.

Delivery times are estimates and are calculated in working days. Weekends, public holidays and customs delays are not included.

United Kingdom

Super Express Postage

Orders placed before 3pm, Monday to Friday, will be dispatched the same working day using Royal Mail 24. Although this is not a guaranteed next-day service, many orders arrive the following working day.

Standard UK Delivery

Orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday, will normally be dispatched the same or next working day. Orders placed during the weekend will be dispatched on the next available working day.

All UK orders are tracked through to delivery.

Next Day Delivery

Orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday, will be delivered the next working day.

This service may be temporarily unavailable during exceptionally busy periods, including Black Friday, due to increased demand.

United States

 

All United States orders are shipped with duties and tariffs paid.

There will be no hidden customs charges. The price shown at checkout is the final price you will pay.

European Union

 

Orders with a total value of up to €150 are shipped with applicable duties and taxes paid.

Orders valued above €150 may be subject to additional duties, taxes or customs charges upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, so please bear this in mind before placing your order.

Canada and Australia

 

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and local customs processing.

All Other International Destinations

This includes Southeast Asia, Mexico, South America and other Rest of World destinations.

 

Orders to these destinations are not shipped with duties and taxes paid.

Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs charges when it arrives in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

Please check your country’s import thresholds and customs requirements before placing your order.

Important Delivery Information

Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched. Although we always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays caused by couriers, customs authorities, public holidays or circumstances outside our control may occur on rare occasions. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. Please check your details carefully before submitting your order.

 

 MERGED ORDERS

On rare occasions, orders may be combined together on the online platform Box Menswear uses to produce shipping labels.  

If a customer places consecutive order within a short span of time, any outstanding unprocessed orders on the system may be merged together into one shipment. 

This is beneficial to the environment as it means less packaging is used, and ultimately less carbon emitted. Furthermore, high value orders (as a result of combined orders) may have their postal shipping service automatically upgraded, resulting in a quicker time frame.
